1. Digital Products:
All products sold by Lucrative Studio are digital in nature. Given the intangible nature of these products, we do not offer any returns or refunds.
2. Delivery Time:
Upon successful purchase, templates are delivered to the customer within 24 hours.
3. No Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer exchanges. We encourage our customers to review the product details and requirements before making a purchase.
4. Unauthorized Duplication:
Purchasing a Squarespace template grants the user a license for a single use. Duplication, redistribution, or resale of the template, in part or in whole, without prior written consent from Lucrative Studio is strictly prohibited.
5. Service Payments:
For our specialized services such as website design, brand identity, and SEO, full upfront payment is required.
6. SEO “Boost Pro Guaranteed” Clause:
Our guarantee to rank your website on the 1st page of Google applies exclusively to our “Boost Pro Guaranteed” package. The guarantee takes effect 3 months after the commencement of services. After this period, results may take up to an additional 3 months to manifest. If the website does not rank on the 1st page for the selected keywords agreed upon during the initial phase, after the 6-month period, we offer a full refund.
7. Customer Satisfaction:
While we don’t offer refunds for our Squarespace Templates, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with the template you’ve purchased, please reach out to our support team at info@lucrativestudio.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
